This Luxury Hilltop property has commanding views of the Pacific Ocean, year round sunsets and views of Maui, Hualalai, Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea and Kohala Mountain and is located in the private gated community of Kohala Ranch.

Architects Hawaii Limited (AHL) hired me to photograph the West Hawai'i Prosecuting Attorney's Office Building in Kailua-Kona, Big Island, Hawaii. We photographed interiors, exteriors and did a few aerials to capture the building from sun up to sun down.

Before and After Friday!!!  I just love the clean lines and monochromatic tones of this Master Ensuite!   As you can see there is a sizable amount of green/yellow color cast in the raw un-retouched image.  In order to correct this I came up with a new photoshop technique.  First, I desaturated all the color channels in the image and then painted back color into the counter plants and added back some of the warmth in the overall image. What do you think?
