$22 Million Dollar Ocean Front Home at Waikoloa Beach /  by Ethan Tweedie

Check out this $22 Million Dollar ocean front home listing by MacArthur and Lai Group.  The home sits on the edge of Anaeho’omalu Bay on the Big Island of Hawaii nestled between the Waikoloa Beach Marriott and the Hilton Waikoloa Village directly on the Pacific Ocean. The views and location of this property are stunning, from Sunsets in the evening to the stars and Milky Way at night!  It was amazing to photograph this stunning home as we spent 13 hours on location capturing each space in the best light.   Below are some highlights from the photoshoot!

Infinite Summer Project | Four Seasons Hualalai | Kona Coast | Big Island /  by Ethan Tweedie

This project was photographed for a family who just completed their dream property named “Infinite Summer”  at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort on the Big Island’s Kona Coast.  The family commissioned us to photograph the new addition and landscaping done by GM Construction and updated landscaping by Mahaney Environmental Design.  They also wanted us to photograph all of the art that they commissioned for the home using these artists, Kenton Nelson, Raimonds Staprans, Carrie McGee, Jody Guralnick, Courtney Buie Lipkin, Udo Noger, Eric Zener and John Evans.  Interior design was completed by Benita McConnell Interiors.

Pauoa Beach Property /  by Ethan Tweedie

With so many great outdoor activities on the Big Island it has been great to get out and get in the water at our amazing beaches as more and more the Big Island is slowly re-opening after the COVID-19 pandemic. 

One of the last properties I photographed before the quarantine was this amazing property, Hale Makamae O Kai.  It would be the perfect place to live being so close to so many great Kohala Coast amenities!  This ocean front home at Pauoa Beach, Mauna Lani’s Premier Oceanfront Community, sits halfway between the newly remodeled Auberge Mauna Lani and the Fairmont Orchid Luxury Hotel.  With access to the amenities of these two resorts Pauoa Beach Club also has its own ocean front pool and spa!
