This Luxury Real Estate in Kohala was photographed for listing agents Megan MacArthur and Alethea Lai, the home sits on 22 acres with amazing ocean views.  Here are some of the details “This custom 5 bed, 3.5 bath home was built in 2018 with premium timber-frame construction (Hamill Creek Timber Homes), consisting of cathedral western redwood ceilings throughout every room, including a large covered lanai with hardwood decking. Modern interior finishes include 8-foot tall mahogany french doors, mahogany cabinetry and windows, acacia flooring, architectural lighting, and natural quartzite countertops.”

Infinite Summer Project | Four Seasons Hualalai | Kona Coast | Big Island /  by Ethan Tweedie

This project was photographed for a family who just completed their dream property named “Infinite Summer”  at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort on the Big Island’s Kona Coast.  The family commissioned us to photograph the new addition and landscaping done by GM Construction and updated landscaping by Mahaney Environmental Design.  They also wanted us to photograph all of the art that they commissioned for the home using these artists, Kenton Nelson, Raimonds Staprans, Carrie McGee, Jody Guralnick, Courtney Buie Lipkin, Udo Noger, Eric Zener and John Evans.  Interior design was completed by Benita McConnell Interiors.

Over five days in December we photographed the newly renovated hotel rooms at Hawaii’s finest iconic Hotel, Halekulani.   I am so proud to be able to share some of our work from the photoshoot, each room was carefully scheduled and planed to take advantage of the sunlight and views of the Pacific Ocean/Waikiki/Diamond Head etc.

Here is Halekulani’s description of the design elements:

“Halekulani’s guest accommodations have been thoughtfully revitalized and designed, enhancing the property’s signature “seven shades of white” aesthetic philosophy. Framing dramatic and expansive views of the majestic Pacific Ocean and the verdant, oasis-like grounds of the resort, the overarching theme of nature and blending the sea with the sky will offer a haven of elegance and serenity. New elements of warmth and texture will serve to enrich the design, infusing a sense of harmony and balance throughout. Wooden panels and cabinetry will be incorporated, as well as textured wall coverings and meticulously crafted furnishings to fuse the subtle influences of European, Hawaiian, and Asian cultures.”
