Check out this $22 Million Dollar ocean front home listing by MacArthur and Lai Group.  The home sits on the edge of Anaeho’omalu Bay on the Big Island of Hawaii nestled between the Waikoloa Beach Marriott and the Hilton Waikoloa Village directly on the Pacific Ocean. The views and location of this property are stunning, from Sunsets in the evening to the stars and Milky Way at night!  It was amazing to photograph this stunning home as we spent 13 hours on location capturing each space in the best light.   Below are some highlights from the photoshoot!

The main goal of the three day photoshoot was to capture the unforgettable ocean views from several of the Hotel’s Rooms and Suites.  As you can see, the views from the rooms are stunning, the upper-floor corner room has incredible views from two private balconies of the vast Pacific Ocean! It truly has that wow factor!

We had a great shoot at the Four Seasons and the hospitality of all the staff was just amazing.  We look forward to going back to shoot soon! Mahalo Nui Loa to everyone at the FS Oahu!

Mauna Loa Eruption Images | November 29th, 2022 | First Eruption in 38 Years 29th 2022 /  by Ethan Tweedie

On Day 2 of the Mauna Loa eruption, I had the incredible opportunity to capture the raw beauty and intensity of the world's largest active volcano as it erupted for the first time in 38 years. These images were taken in the early morning hours off Saddle Road on the Big Island of Hawaii, where the dramatic glow of the lava illuminated the night sky.

This eruption is especially meaningful to me, as I was a junior in high school in 1984, the last time Mauna Loa erupted. It’s awe-inspiring to witness this natural phenomenon once again after nearly four decades. The power of the eruption and the landscape it has shaped is nothing short of spectacular.

Capturing the Renovated Bungalows at Hana Maui Resort | Private Plane Journey from Big Island to Maui /  by Ethan Tweedie

I recently had the incredible opportunity to photograph the newly renovated Hale/Bungalows at the stunning Hana Maui Resort, owned by Mani Brothers Real Estate Group. This marks the first of many breathtaking renovations at the resort, and I had the privilege of capturing the essence of "Island Elegance" in these luxury spaces.

A highlight of the experience was being flown over from Waimea on the Big Island to Hana, Maui, aboard a private plane. It was a unique and memorable way to begin the photoshoot, and I’ve included a few behind-the-scenes images from the flight, offering a rare glimpse of our journey to the Hana Maui Resort.

This Luxury Real Estate in Kohala was photographed for listing agents Megan MacArthur and Alethea Lai, the home sits on 22 acres with amazing ocean views.  Here are some of the details “This custom 5 bed, 3.5 bath home was built in 2018 with premium timber-frame construction (Hamill Creek Timber Homes), consisting of cathedral western redwood ceilings throughout every room, including a large covered lanai with hardwood decking.
